After almost 2 years, I’m reentering the Windows universe. The projects I wish to take on just can’t be handled by my current setup, a Chromebook, iPad, and iPhone.
Exactly. I was holding out because that machine is powerful enough to run windows. There’s absolutely no reason for things to be the way they are at this point.
And even though there are unofficial ways to install windows 10, through this Mr. Chromebox guy on Reddit, there are missing drivers so no keyboard and sound support, which is obviously a deal-breaker.
Considering we didn’t hear anything at Google IO about Windows 10 on the pixelbook…

Yeah. I don’t know what caused the sudden silence over the matter.
There are just certain things where Windows, either through built-in features or 3rd-party access software, gives me support and ChromeOS doesn’t.
